Project content:
The company specializes in the production of small-volume, custom-made cyclodextrin-based pharmaceutical forms and organic chemical developments, typically related to preclinical projects. The current manufacturing operation is fragmented and highly manual, with paper-based documentation, outsourced analytics and experience-based capacity planning, which carries deadline and quality assurance risks.
A digitally supported, partially automated, ten-step manufacturing model will be introduced within the project. The new operation will be based on internal analytical integration, templated workflows and data-driven feedback. is being built. As a result, capacity utilization increases, external dependence decreases, and project execution becomes more transparent.
The current marketing operation is manual, contact-based, and focused on a narrow B2B target group, with limited CRM use and no structured feedback.
During the development, a data-driven, multi-stage marketing model will be developed, which is based on target group segmentation, measurable campaigns, and continuous feedback. The new approach prioritizes methodological renewal, enabling scalable, professional marketing operations.
The production and marketing process innovations implemented within the project result in a more structured, data-driven operation. Internal analytical integration and templated production reduce operational risks, while the new marketing model improves campaign efficiency and customer experience. Overall, the developments strengthen the competitiveness and service level of the enterprise.
The project was implemented with the support of the European Union and co-financed by the Hungarian state.
